15-Minute Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.
- While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
- Add pasta to the skillet with vegetables and toss to combine.
- Add reserved pasta water and Parmesan cheese, stirring until cheese is melted and pasta is coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
